OMAX Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is Hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Near Spokane, WA
Practice in a well-established, successful OMS practice. We offer a part-time RN position for an experienced, caring professional with excellent patient rapport. Qualified candidates must be technically proficient, experienced with IV sedation and the administration of IV medications, and have the ability to work well as a member of a fast paced team. This part-time position is 2-3 days per week (no nights, weekends or call coverage). Compensation package is negotiable.
Duties include:
- Ensures patient safety and comfort and the smooth flow of patient care
- Review patient’s health history and medical records
- Monitors patient post-operative care
- Responsible for drug utilization, control and accountability
- Participates in patient IV initiation and IV drug administration and delivery of fluids
- Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate
- Inventory Anesthesia medical supplies and medications
- Dispenses patient prescriptions from in-house pharmacy
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $37.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
